As a long time Seattle resident, I'm proud to say my hometown roots are Pumpkin Hook, a tiny hamlet in the Finger Lakes area of Western New York.

There are essentially two parts of this site...

Payneless Promotions is all Business. 

Simply put, I make events happen. I design graphics. I manage and oversee everything--that includes registration, permits, insurance, budgeting and more. I market them. I write about them and the people involved.

Oh yeah, I'm a wedding officiant, too!

The rest is all Art.

At times, this sits silently dormant, sometimes it becomes prolific. I paint home portraits. I refurbish and paint boxes, frames and furniture. I create dolls, marionettes and toys.
